What is the return policy?

At earned., each product is handcrafted from raw wood by artisan woodcrafters, and we take great pride in the quality of our creations.

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns of eligible items that are in resalable condition, if they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date, which is when the order arrives at the delivery destination. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. 

Items that are damaged through normal wear-and-tear are not eligible.

Processing

Returns are processed after the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection.  Please allow 5-7 business for the inspection process (excluding weekends and holidays). Once completed, we will notify you with an update.

Approved Returns

If your return is approved, you have the option to receive a refund (issued to the original payment method), exchange the item, or receive store credit.

Unapproved Returns

If your return is not approved, you may choose between reshipping the item (you will be responsible for the shipping fee) or having it discarded.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact customer service at thisiearned@gmail.com.  Please include the order number and the reason for return.

When will I get my order?

Our items are made-to-order. We require up to ten business days to craft and prepare your item for shipment. Shipping transit time is calculated separately and begins after the production period is complete.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed and manufactured in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
